Have you previously attended an Easyway To Stop Smoking session as a Discovery Vitality premium member, Vitality Active member, Vitality PHP member, or Bankmed / Balance?

The Discovery Vitality /Balance benefit is a once off benefit and if you have previously attended a Live in person, or Live online session Discovery Vitality / Bankmed will not subsidise the session a second time. You will then be liable for the balance of the payment.
